Imagine a genie gave you 7 lucky numbers. But you can only use 5 of them at a time when you play a game. So you start REDUCING the seven numbers by 2, playing 5 for the first game, a different set of 5 for the second game, and so on. Over a period of several games you would hope to expose all seven lucky numbers but only playing 5 of them at a time.

Just fill out four standard classic cards man at 10 cents each 1 game will game Cost 40cents total ……. easy ….. Anymore than 6 numbers (7 - 10 numbers) cost minimum $1 a card though caus it’s jackpot numbers

No particular reason that I can think of other than the more numbers that you pick (even one, two or three) will increase your chances of getting something. If you are overlapping directly with the 10 spot ten the answer is obvious.

The Mystic Gambler no over lapped on the ten spot. I play the bottom left corner With 37 spots overlapping I’m lucky if I get two numbers

I'll share this: Once I was playing video poker in Laughlin years ago. It was at the Pioneer. Full pay Jacks or Better all over the casino. My wife hit a Royal Flush and a woman sitting next to her said, "My husband and I have been playing for years and we've never hit a Royal Flush." To us, that was astounding. But not knowing the details, like how many hands they actually play per hour and what pay table and game they play and so on, we could only nod and say good luck. Most people that play keno regularly hit a 7 spot once in a while. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't . All I can say is that I hope you do sometime. It's a real kick-ass experience. Good luck.
