OPERATION:
The machine is an automatic linear filling and sealing machine for constricted neck ampoule.
The feeding system includes a charging hopper inclined at an angle of 52° degree to the vertical direction and continuously rotating feeding wheel. The ampoules are transferred positively from charging hopper to transport system. The transport system includes an ampoule rack and two centering racks. The ampoule rack carries 4 Ampoules in once at an angle of 52° to the vertical direction and move further based on stroke wise to various processing station. The centering of ampoule necks at each working station. The filling system includes filling syringes, made from SS 316, pre & post Nitrogen flushing arrangements as well as mechanical “No Ampoule, No Filling” device. The actual filling is implemented by aspirating filling product through the syringes, passing it by positive displacement through the non-return valves, filling tubes and filling needles in to the ampoules. Fine setting of each filing syringe is possible. The sealing station is composed of the ampoule revolving station, sealing burners as well as draw-off jaws. The regulations of burner flames are made easier with the knob. In the ampoule revolving station, the ampoules are rotated round their longitudinal axis. At sealing station, the ampoule necks are gripped by the draw off jaws and sealed when adequate plasticity of glass has been reached, the glass splinters are collected in the waste box. The filled and sealed ampoules are collected in the horizontal collecting tray.
