Chalcopyrite has a gold color to it, it's a copper ore, but it can have gold in it replacing elements like copper, sulfur or iron, or it can be free mill running with it.

@@911mining Was wondering if you had a pack mule you kept nearby. [just kidding] But yeah, when you talk about pulling a ton plus of ore from some location which might be a goodly distance from any road with steep congested terrain, it does make one ponder. Me being me, I'm always thinking of those things... Like is it logical to pack in a few pulleys and trammel ore along steep grades or is the cost and weight of the tooling too much for such a small amount... I could see using say a 100lb shuttle, a 5hp engine, some kevlar rope and some aluminum pulleys to span some terrain, but that may actually be too little to do the job, and too expensive and labor intensive to set up for less than a really super high grade deposit. Maybe get one of those newer 'heavy lifting' type drones like Amazon claims to use to fly the material...assuming you have enough battery life...

In the quartz, its slightly Argillitic. Some of the chalcopyrite tends to oxidize a really dark blue as well which looks black in the video.

Yes there is free mill gold and silver. Theres also some in the chalcopyrite.

Fools gold iron pyrite. These are primarily chalcopyrite. Also pyrite still can have valuable minerals like gold, most deposits in our area are associated with sulfides. Assay results at the end of the video tells you that.👍
