WHAT IS BIG AMBITIONS?
Big Ambitions is a roleplaying business simulator situated in the open-world city of New York. You start the game as a young kid surviving in the big apple. You have big ambitions for money and success, but you're starting with absolutely nothing.
In Big Ambitions, you control a single person in the middle of the bustling metropolis of New York City. Your goal is to achieve financial success in various ways. Starting at the bottom flipping burgers or collecting garbage to eventually owning and running big businesses and real estate throughout the city.
As you progress, you always need to make sure that you're getting enough sleep, keeping up with your health, and making sure your happiness is sufficient. Increasing your capital can be trickier than you think. As you will learn, money can't buy time.

You should delete the employee conversations after you fulfill them. They'll start causing lag when they add up. And you can shift click buttons to skip the confirmation screen. +1 for the back button!

I agree with your clicking comments. One thing that can shorten the journey is from the employee screen, if you click an employee already in the business, the blue manage schedule button will take you to the business schedule. so trading all those extra clicks for a couple seconds looking for a colleague employee.

That only applies if you’re looking at an employee of that business already though. If not, you’ll then have to take extra time to find one in the long list without a search bar. ;)

18:49 Glad to be able help you.. I also do exactly what you done, we shortlist the right candidate first, for me I always look for candidates without a lot of any demand. Once u hire those candidates u can click Current Business, automatically all the candidates are already in the top row. Then u can use shift click to pick them all and do the rest like adding uniform and business type.... U know what, I'am waiting almost 3 days for you to add this kind video though. LOL

I think when it comes to your HQ employees like purchasing agents, hr managers, etc, it's best just to slide the bar under the headhunters looking for them to 96-100%. The money you save in their negotiating lower rates more than makes up the difference of the more in hourly pay which is obvious why this is helpful with purchasing agents. Maxed out headhunters can automatically replace employees for 2 HR managers so no worrying about older workers. Maxed out HR managers can cover 50 employees and get better insurance rates. This is why I don't care if they have insurance demands. What's around $7 a day for bronze coverage for example when I'm making around $550,000 a day in profit. I even have received the gold coverage under $17. I'm up to a few hundred employees and this only costs a few grand a day. I cover everyone with at least bronze coverage even if they don't want insurance so I could save more money on insurance. I wish there was a mechanic that causes them to call in sick less if they are insured or something.

It would be neat if they expanded on the branded goods idea a bit. Maybe we could get an agreement from e.g. Zanaman to only sell their phones and smart watches for either better inventory prices or some regular payment. Also, repair benches for electronic stores would be cool.
