Fourth Day in South Korea 2023 | Sokcho | Seoraksan National Park 

On our fourth day in South Korea we went to Seoraksan National Park in Sokcho. This is our last destination in Sokcho before we went back to Seoul.
Seoraksan Mountain is one of South Korea's most famous tourist destinations. It was designated as South Korea's fifth national park in 1970, and South Korea's first UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 1982. Daecheongbong Peak (1,708 m) in Seoraksan Mountain is the third highest peak in South Korea after Hallasan Mountain and Jirisan Mountain. Seorak means snowy peak as the peak is covered with snow for five to six months of the year.
