Fourth Wall Jokes in Ben 10 

I like how when Reboot Ben asks about Alien X, he grows two extra fingers so he can have 10.

How could you forget Ben transforming into Cannonbolt during the Highbreed finale? He looks directly in the camera and says “I’m feeling nostalgic.” 😂😂

The whole "Shouting your name is stupid" joke is actually followed up by a joke of the same caliber by Captain Nemesis. "My name's not stupid, although I should probably drop the 'Captain' part. It doesn't really describe me accurately anymore." This could be a reference to how "Ben 10" has way more than 10 aliens and that part of the name is pretty inaccurate.

I liked in the Alien X-tinction special. When reboot Ben turns into Heatblast next to the classic Heatblast. He replies with ‘Heatblast is a classic’. Because Heatblast was the first alien Ben ever transformed into.

being a bigger fan than Collectimus is cool, but having your comic mentioned in Ben 10 cannon is the REAL flex 😎😎 super awesome, that was for sure an acknowledging nod to 5yl

I don't know if you can count it as a 4th wall joke, but in Heroes United at the start Rex is talking abut getting a theme song and the one he came up is basically a Generator Rex themed version of Classic Ben 10's theme (he literally sings the following: "It started when the nanites went ka-pow upon the scene Transforming all the lifeforms like nothing you've ever seen But there's one lucky hombre that can make them build machines He's Gen Rex." With the OG theme being "It started when an alien device did what it did And stuck itself upon his wrist with secrets that it hid Now he's got super powers, he's no ordinary kid He's Ben 10!" )

In "Vengeance of Vilgax Part 1", when Ben told Kevin there was a Sumo Slammers movie and Kevin asked "Live action!?". It may be a 4th wallbreak joke or at the very least a nod to the live action movies

In the Ben 10 reboot Season 4 episode " Tim Buk-TV ". Ben sings the OG theme song while transforming into Shock Rock.

In Reboot, young Ben sings the Classic theme song while fighting a villain before transforming

I'm not sure if this counts, but in the Ultimate Alien episode Prisoner 775 Is Missing when Ben transforms into Wildmutt, Gwen shouts out Wildmutt's name since he can't talk and she says someone had to do it, which was part of a running gag throughout the episode of the trio commenting on how Ben feels the need to say the name of whatever alien he turns into.

You forgot a really good one. Heroes united crossover, rex makes a knockoff of the classic's opening song with himself as the main character

In the "Forge of Creation" episode of UA, 10 Year Old Ben (as Stinkfly) comments that Swampfire is "Just a copy of Wildvine".

This is a real stretch, but there might be a third fourth wall joke in Video Games that comments on, well, video games. At one point, Ben questions if the "game" made about him will have multiplayer and wonders if it'd confusing having multiple Bens run around, which is how the Ben 10 video games' multiplayer works.

one of my favorites, is what seems to be an unintentional 4th wall break (since it references a future event) in the episode, The Forge of Creation when Paradox mentions the next universe over, it sounded like he was talking about the reboot with the weird physics and him not liking that universe, like how there is no reboot Paradox

I can think of two, though it does fall in the "commenting on fan discourse" area. Theres a line in Alien Force where they ask Ben why he shouts his name and he responds "It strikes fear into my enemies". And when he met up with his younger self, the younger said "Plant Guy, just a copy of Wildvine".

Another one in UA is also in the Video Games episode since Ben 10 Cosmic Destruction was made and Promoted Heavily at the time

I think the Ben 10 franchise has some of the best fourth wall breaks of any cartoons.

Crossover Nexus - Is full with references and fourth wall jokes. Like Ben 10 Poster and Ben 10 (2016) Logo on Raven's portal to Ben's home world 4. Orientation Videos for Villains: Guide for an Evil Conquest - Episode like show itself is full with fourth wall breaks. The most interesting in episode is Classic Vilgax cameo, when Reboot Vilgax uses Omnitrix Also Reboot referenced to OS Theme Song in Season 4, that scene also have fourth wall break joke about Ben's transformations

I remember the cooper two parter from the original series, spiders but in the end Cooper revealed that he didn’t actually have a second ticket (or even a first ticket) he just made that nonsense up so Ben and Gwen would talk to him.

There is one that I noticed in the ultimate alien episode called video games Ben jokes about how multiplayer would work in his game and makes a reference by saying the game could clone him which is a reference to protector of earth and alien force (the game not the show) both of those games had multiplayer and player 2 would be a clone of Ben
