A FOX 13 News investigation has revealed a prominent Utah businesswoman is misstating her credentials to sell health products, speeches, and an anti-vax message across the United States.
Critics say Robyn Openshaw has been leveraging a doctorate degree and history as a “psychotherapist” to make money.
FOX 13 News found no record of these credentials. When asked to explain the discrepancies, Openshaw declined the opportunity to verify her qualifications.

Maybe my profession is different, but if I claimed I had a degree or certification when in fact I didn’t then I would be in huge trouble. I was so careful and waited until the official documents were in my hand before putting it in my title.

Lots of these types of scams preying on vulnerable Utahns. My older mom just messaged me curious about it. I smelled BS and sure enough it was. More of this reporting please!

You to lie about a Degree is one thing.I know a lot of people who say they have a BA But they don’t to get a job,They put it on a resume to get a job But she is blatantly lying .To say you have a PHD abs out it on a poster .Is arrogant and narcissistic.She would rather lie ,for her own benefit.Then tell people the truth and let them make their own conclusions She is a fraud

I hope to earn a doctoral degree in child development or special education because I love working with special needs students. I have a Master's degree and I am getting work experience before applying to PhD programs to help special needs children, students, and their families. What I am trying to say is that getting a PhD is not always about money, but it is about sharing our special gifts and talents with humanity through research in your field to better society.
