Question the shake awake does it stay on if you would everyday carry it does it stay on or will it shut off till you pull it from the holster.

While in the holster as long as you're moving it'll stay on. Per the instructions at min brightness the battery will last over 5 continuous years so I'd guess at max brightness spending half a day in a holster the battery would probably last at least a year so change the battery every 6-12 months and you'll be good.

Hey thanks for the review but can you tell me if this will go right on the Canik Mete MC9 it is RMSC footprint or do I need a separate mounting plate ? TY

You'd need an adapter plate. The Fox Army is a full size rmr. I am testing some red dots with the rmsc footprint so stay tuned.

Has anyone else with an astigmatism tried these? Holosun dots are clear and crisp to my eyes. I have one on a carry pistol. I would like to try a less expensive one on a 22 trainer.

Another idea - a lot of us have Glock pistols which are missing a cut for a RD. Are the aftermarket slides worth doing?

Great question. I've got an aftermarket rmr cut slide but I'll do some research on other options and put something together. Good idea for a video.
