+Jay Green how is he right. the second the lady brings up a common sense question that kind of puts the kids parents at fault, he completely ignores her and just says we are victim because we are black and brown. Bottomline that gun is produced with orange cap on the end so it doesn't confuse people that it is not a real gun.. why was the orange cap sawed off? Why is there no call for responsibity for that?
If it was white kid the cop would of jump out the car and ask wats he doing and if he can help him !!! Black kid don't get none of that just bang bang bang !!!

I think it’s because even though it’s not scripted they are purposely paired up to get loud and shout hence the title of faceoff and the boxing bell. The smile is probably because at the end of these face offs they are probably still friends and that cowboys and Indians line was actually pretty funny
I’m from the UK so sure of your laws. I heard someone say that this is an open carry state. Does that mean if it was a real gun he was allowed to carry it. If the answer is yes why was he shot for having a toy gun.
It’s not scripted in that way, but it is set up like a debate, where each person gets 2-3 opportunities to state their case. And they have the topic given to them so they can do some quick research.

They murdered that kid in cold blood, that kid was doing nothing different than I did at 12 which was play with Toy gun in my yard or where ever, he didn't even know the Police was there till the pulled a drive by on him. He never even pointed the gun at the cops he was just in his child like mindset playing with his toys. They are trying to shift blame , if that was my son they did that too they would of paid believe that.
You guys it is so so sad BUT if you watch the video frame by frame you can plainly see the kids gun is in his waist band and he pulls up his search up to reach for it. Bad move the cops so an aggressive move to a gun as the kid walked toward him. Where the cops pulled up doesn't matter because the kid reached for his gun and still would have been shot no matter where they parked or whatever. watch it again the camera is low rez so there is a low frame count or it would be way more evident.
