Confusion...you soaked foxtail millet for 8 hours ..then kept it for additional 8 hours to ferment ? Was it grinded to paste before fermentation ? And at last afyer baking barnyard millet bread is ready .. but this video started with foxtail millet ..please clarify I want to try making this bread.. thanks
kindly make it clear that initial 8 hrs soaking plus 8 hrs leaving aside for fermentation , am i right ? it's wonderful recipe , very soon , i will be trying . Thank you.

I made this bread but as the quantity of water was not mentioned it was too runny and post baking it didn’t cosnsolidate and was soft and runny. It was like jelly
Most confusing recipe. People have asked for clarification of the initial process of soaking n fermentation. No clarification given. Don't put up such recipies. I am sure others agree wid me.
