Not ideal recording this before the press conferences but not much choice with Friday deadline. Anything major that comes up in the press conferences I'll talk about in the deadline stream this evening.
Great analysis on Konate, and it's something people talked about during pre season. Klopp asked a lot of Konate, basically asking him to defend the RB and RCB areas simultaneously. Slot has Trent focusing on his defensive positioning more, meaning Konate has less to do, does less running, and is less likely to get injured, allowing Slot to play him 3 times in 1 week, whereas Klopp wouldn't even play him 2 games in a row.
With that, you'd have TAA's Cleansheets plus you would be less harmed by Palmer and Saka in the future. Not having Son, Bruno doesn't hurt as not having Saka and Palmer. And as I said, Konate will cover TAA's Cleansheets with some small goal threat in free kicks.
After 5 weeks, Gabriel was 'must have' and double Arsenal defence looked like a sound strategy. 3 weeks on and we're kicking them out to bring in Forest and Everton defs 😂
For people saying Haaland can’t score without De bruyne and Rodri are wrong. The last two seasons he’s been at city De bruyne has been injured for around a total of 6/7 months and has won back to back golden boots. And without Rodri all of this season minus the arsenal game where Rodri did play. The reason Haaland isn’t as free scoring is there is no natural number 10 playing for City as foden hasn’t been fully fit and every team puts 11 men on the penalty spot
@@EggSandswag it’s actually 19 goals in 24 games in the premier league without De Bruyne. My point is he isn’t scoring because there isn’t a number 10 on the pitch whether that’s Foden or De bruyne. Foden is now fit again and De bruyne is closer to fitness now.
Only Man Utd defender that can be considered is Dalot who is very attacking (see 1 on 1 he had against Brentford). He is also nailed on even if a left back comes back from injury. However, i only have him as a rotation option and do not plan to start him when Utd have a top six side or away games.
salah , palmer , saka , son/foden , dibling i will change to this midfield from selling halland to wellbeck eventually .now I have foden mbeumo mc neil mavididi carvalho gk : Flekken, Fabiański, CBS: Gabriel, Konaté, Gvardiol, Van de Ven, Aït-Nouri, cm: Mbeumo, McNeil, Mavididi, Carvalho, Foden, sts: Solanke, Raúl, Haaland.(current team ) gk- Sánchez, Fabiański, cbs:- Gabriel, Konaté, Okoli, Van de Ven, Aït-Nouri, cms- Saka, Son/palmer, Díbiling, Palmer, Salah, sts : N. Jackson, Raúl, Welbeck. (team i intend to get)
Thoughts on these 3 free tranfers, Andy. Jota, Salah and Havertz to Johnson, Garnacho and Haaland? I still have Wildcard so obviously that is a factor.
Do you think the fear of wasting a TC is limiting the potential use? Realistically this season the top 3 chances to use is Ipswich (h) Southampton (h) or a potential DGW which there may only be one of. For Haaland we’ve missed Ipswich (h) so this is one of the remaining two feasible fixtures
@@johncregg1159 I know hence I didn’t mention him until the last line. Same goes for Salah, Palmer etc. those are the top 3 fixtures or any player, it’s just we have missed one for Haaland, there’s one this GW and we have no idea how good the DGW will be.
@@LetsTalkFPL normally arsenal would be hardest fixture but with injuries they are there for the taking and can’t really ‘park the bus’ at home due to bad pr and pressure from fans…. Heard it here first! 💪
Guys.... i need y'alls advice. I'm debating between starting Diaz on Sunday against Arsenal or just buying Wissa instead and starting him instead of Diaz, thoughts😅😅.....??
If on wildcard, would you do have Gabriel and Chiwome or Udogie/Van de Ven and Strand Larsen up front, I am thinking the last one and then could get Gabriel back in 12, thoughts?
