Dude, when I grew up, skating was illegal in my home town in the 80's and 90's! That law is still on the books, but no one enforces shit unless you act like a real asshole. FPV and skating are super related, as far as counter culture and exploring nonconventional thought patterns goes. These new regulations and bans are just the new mental slavery in action.
The more i find out about hobbies and things in america i notice the least free we are here, ive been flying drones for years and recently had the money to start getting into fpv and of course its already starting to be more enforced with laws

Yes it is. This comment is also a crime. When I drive to work, that is a crime. I am a criminal 100% of the time I am awake and about 36% of the time I am asleep. Almost all of my thoughts are crimes. Still waiting for somebody to try and do something about it 😉
I’m not worried about the DJI ban. Think positively, one door closes another one opens. Sure DJI delivers top of the line products. But this also opens new opportunities and we have an excellent chance to get involved and enjoy the ride.
“Opens new opportunities” the opportunity was never closed for other companies. But if competition is stifled, then manufacturers can make terrible products, with whatever prices they want, and there won’t be any competition, nor innovation.

Been saying the same thing "damn that sucks.. but anyways". Just gonna keep on flying People tore Wii remotes apart for parts to make drones. Guess we will see who is really about that life
Im thinking starting a business to afford the hobby and get word in on my local gov to keep others safe her. Im in between a civ D airport and military D airport. With no laanc, every chance to try to be legal, I havent been unless under a company. And I'll still keep whooping my house Keep ripping everyone, love the hobby, thats how we will fight to keep it alive

My first experience with FPV was seeing the Ukrainian soldiers flying them to drop bombs on the Russians. Since then, seeing your channel and others like it has made me think of this time being similar to the Dogtown skaters, what skateboarding was, and what it eventually became. Racing FPV events in the style of a "X-Games" event(s) might help promote the FPV as source of fun, recreation, emergency services, etc. Just a quick thought.
