Father Christopher Mutale Chileshe, was born on the 4th of June, in 1966. He did the spiritual year in 1988 in Kasama, and his missionary Oath and ordained deacon on the 18th of December in 1993 in Wood Green, Great Britain. Then, on the 29th of July, 1995, he was ordained priest, in Kabwe, Zambia.
Already, he was appointed as the assistant parish priest in Bunkpurugu, D. Navrong, Ghana. On 15th January 1999, he served in Zambia as the vocations Director, in Serenje, Kolibo Centre. On 1st January 2004, he became the parish priest of Bunkpurugu, Ghana. On the 10th of September, 2005, he was Elected councillor in Ghana.
On 1st March 2006, he went on a sabbatical in Kent, Great Britain. On 1st June 2006, became the assistant provincial of Southern Africa Province (SAP). On 1st July 2009, he became the provincial of the Southern African province, in Lusaka Zambia, until 2012. So he served for 2 terms, as he was re-elected.
On 1st July 2015, he went to Ndola for his sabbatical leave. On 1st September 2016, he went to the philosophical formation house in Ejisu, Ghana. On 1st July 2020, he became the provincial councillor and the rector of Saint Martin of Tours Philosophy Formation House in Ejisu, Ghana.
He died on Saturday, 20th April 2024 in Bolgatanga (Ghana), at the age of 57 years, of which 30 years of missionary life in Zambia and Ghana.
May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed continue to rest in eternal life.

Déjà, il a été nommé curé adjoint de la paroisse de Bunkpurugu, D. Navrong, Ghana. Le 15 janvier 1999, il a servi en Zambie en tant que directeur des vocations, à Serenje, Centre Kolibo. Le 1er janvier 2004, il devient curé de Bunkpurugu, Ghana. Le 10 septembre 2005, il a été élu conseiller au Ghana.
Le 1er mars 2006, il part en congé sabbatique dans le Kent, en Grande-Bretagne. Le 1er juin 2006, il est devenu provincial adjoint de la Province d'Afrique Australe (SAP). Le 1er juillet 2009, il devient provincial de la province d'Afrique australe, à Lusaka en Zambie, jusqu'en 2012. Il a donc exercé 2 mandats, puis a été réélu.
Le 1er juillet 2015, il se rend à Ndola pour son congé sabbatique. Le 1er septembre 2016, il se rend à la maison de formation philosophique d'Ejisu, au Ghana. Le 1er juillet 2020, il devient conseiller provincial et recteur de la Maison de Formation en Philosophie Saint Martin de Tours à Ejisu au Ghana.
Il est décédé samedi 20 avril 2024 à Bolgatanga (Ghana), à l'âge de 57 ans, dont 30 ans de vie missionnaire en Zambie et au Ghana.
Que son âme et celle de tous les fidèles défunts continuent de reposer dans la vie éternelle.
