As a non-Catholic believer, God is using Fr. Mike to refresh and reset my whole Christian experience right now as I watch and listen to him. TY for being a priest after God's own heart.
Fr Mike is responsible for me finally reading my whole Bible (in Year) and then, the Catechism (in a Year) at age 55 & 56. I will forever be grateful. “Jesus, I trust in You, and I love You. Amen.”
I was at the National Eucharistic Congress but missed the evening program because after dinner, I went to my room. I decided to shut my eyes for a few minutes and woke up at 10:00! Therefore I am grateful that I am watching this now. Fr. Mike is on of 3 people who helped change me from a cafeteria Catholic to a fervent Catholic. The others are Matthew Kelly and Bishop Baron . God opened my heart!
Hallelujah!! The Love of Jesus touched my heart and restored it through healing it with Love. Thank you Lord for Your Love, presence, guidance, protection and all Your blessings in my life and in the lives of my loved ones. Lord Jesus I Trust in You and I Love You. Come Holy Spirit into my heart and soul, thank You God Almighty for Your Love. ❤❤❤🙌🕊 Amen
I was so moved and convicted by Fr. Mike’s talk last night. I know he touched many many hearts in that stadium and everybody who was watching. Might have been his most important speech, but God was speaking through him last night about the need for repentance and for us to lead with love. Thank you, father Mike for your ministry. Every morning when I pray the rosary, I pray for you.
@@richardcourtney4515this is blasphemy . Where in the Holy Bible instructs us to worship the mother of Mary. She is human. Only worship God. No need for priests or Mary.
@@susheelasumelingam5740 this is silly. If you knew the Bible it would be clear: No authority in the Catholic Church supports the idolatry of Mary. She is our intercesor, the Queen of Heaven, our Mother. The Rosary is our weapon, our tool in this spiritual battle.
I'm crying... I want my children to be saved and they don't want to know anything about God... Their hearts are hard, how I wish they could understand all this. God have mercy on my family
Pray and ask for St Monica to pray for you and your kids. She prayed for 15 years relentlessly until finally one day her son Augustine converted. Now he is a great saint in heaven with her. I'll pray for you and you Pray for me too. My daughter just told me she doesn't believe in God either.
My heart goes out to both of you with this pain. It is a real one, a real pain. It means a lot that you are concerned about this, that you want a change. The Lord is never ignorant of efforts; He will not overlook yours either
I've just watched the Pint with Aquinas episode with Gabi Castillo about the rosary and I think it would be very useful to you. the power of prayer on the salvation of our families is so beautiful! God bless you ❤
I finally got to read the Bible in a year, thanks to Fr Mike. God has a plan for you and you are conveying God’s Word to us, so we can all understand His message. Thank you so much! 🙏❤️🙏
Thank you for preaching repentance Fr. Mike. We all need it and there are few who are brave enough to preach it. You are a warrior for Christ and we appreciate you!
20 minutes into listening and tears of love and joy streaming down my face.....Thank you , Jesus .....for speaking through Father Mike . His genuine love, passion, and deep knowledge is an enormous blessing to those who will listen. AMEN!!
Most Christians already know Jesus crucifixion was on a tree trunk/post with His hands above His head, not on a cross. The publishers who put the word cross in the Bible were from Catholicism. The Bible strictly forbids idolatry. Exodus 20:4 and Galatians 3:13, 1Peter 2:24
Thank you Fr. Mike, the Bible podcast led me back to the Church. I am now confirmed in the Catholic Faith after 35 years of being lost. You are saving souls daily! God Bless you and Ascension!
I have so many fire extinguishers and I need to rid them all. After watching this it brought me to tears. Fr. Mike you are a blessing and please continue to inspire others.
As a young 18 y/o soon-to-be-catholic, revival is coming in America! This convention is so lively and I like to think I'm beginning to share in such christian vitality
I love Fr.Mike. He is such a wonderful priest. He brought me back to the church. Our children are so cherished and he is a wonderful bridge between the church and our kids. God bless him . 🙏🙏🙏
I will pray for the Church in Belgium. I’m so sorry to hear this, I can feel the sadness in your words. Just be reassured that the Lord is awake and active in His Church. I am a Jewish convert. I was converted by a dream in 1990. It was instant and dramatic, like St. Paul’s experience on the Road to Damascus. I was amazed to discover that Jesus is real, He is alive, and He has all the power and all the love. The Lord led me to the Catholic Church. I was received into the Church in 1991, the greatest blessing of my life. I thank God every day for my Catholic Faith. I believe that, if the Lord could convert me, He could convert anyone. I was very hardheaded and not interested in “organized religion.” It’s truly a miracle I’m Catholic, and fervent about my Faith as well. I attend Daily Mass, make Holy Hours, and pray a lot. I know the Lord is listening. If you can, spend some time with Him, in church, praying for a revival in Belgium, and I will be joining with you in prayer from California, for the same intention. Padre Pio always said, “Pray, hope, and don’t worry.”
Only love can make us saints❤❤❤❤❤ Father Mike, you are amazing..😊😊 I hope you're canonized a saint one day. You're doing wonders and helping people accept God's love ❤
Thank you Father Mike for allowing the Holy Spirit to speak through you and use your talents to give us clear understanding and wisdom of God’s word. You are a gift to all of us! God bless you and your work of evangelism. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
"Knowledge can make us great, but only love can make us saints." Fantastic! Absolutely! Help me love you more, Jesus, and to love my neighbor as you do
Fr. Mike. Keeps it simple, easy and loving for a person to learn. His breakdown of the Word, removes all the false thinking others claim is “religion”. it’s broken down in language this generation understands.
Fr. Mike is a true example of a saintly priest who wholeheartedly is in love with Christ. You can see this in his expression when he speaks about the gospel. Fr. Mike, you are loved and we pray for you always.
Fr. Mike's speech long ago about the True presence in the Eucharist was one of the flames that started my journey from lazy Catholic, to where I am now. I was of the generations that went through Catholic School and was not told about the true presence. That knowledge was one of the pillars that woke me up.. Thank God! I am glad now to know that my Nieces and Nephews are now learning it from early on.. Good! Leaving it out was a grave error. And just listening once again to Fr. Mike on the Eucharist and I've learned even more! God be Praised!
I am blessed to have both Bishop Barron and Fr. Mike both in my state of Minnesota. I can't wait to meet them because both have been instrumental in the growing of my understanding and Faith!
Our own Father Mike. Thank you Father God for the gift of your Priest to us your Church! May you keep and sustain him, oh Lord Jesus, the High Priest. ❤️❤️❤️
What courage Fr. Schmitz had to preach this word in obedience to the Spirits prompting. Revival requires penance. We have plenty we need to repent of and make reparation for. Amen!
Yes I knew the stories. I knew that Jesus fulfilled the stories of the OT but I never recognized how Jesus life mirrored the stories of the OT until Fr. put it together so seamlessly. I now grasp the real presence of Jesus in the Eucharist so much more clearly. Secondly, I have long felt a curtain separating me from Jesus that I didn’t understand. I wondered if it was a dark night of the soul experience. Now I need to take time to look for the fire extinguishers. Praise God for working through Fr. Schmitz to bring this enlightenment. ❤
Very proud that you, Father Schmidt have held up and essentially defended the truth of JESUS sacrifice and presence in the Holy Eucharist. GOD BLESS, PROTECT AND KEEP you Father Schmidt. 💚🙏🛌🙏🕊✨️
Its always nice watching Fr. Mike! it's so refreshing seeing a priest that so enthusiastic and has a lot of knowledge to share both from the Bible and in life experiences👏🏻🙏🏻☺️
Wow! Your talk has touched me to repent and to love and put our my fires. I pray for you Fr. Mike. You speak to our hearts, to our mind, to address our weakness . God bless you in your priesthood.
I love you God and thank you for blessing us with Fr. Mike and I pray for him and that the Holy Spirit touches the children in this world to bring them back to God, especially my children. I’m yours God🙏🏼🕊❤️🌹
People pray for Peace in the World,, wondering, shouldn’t we ask for forgiveness & have forgiveness to forgive others, in our Hearts before we can have Peace ??? Thank you Fr Mike for bringing everything into focus..Amen Amen 🙏🏻 ❤️🔥
Idolatry, necromancy and witchcraft including Halloween and Easter are forbidden. Revelation 21:8, Deuteronomy 18:9-15 The words Easter and Halloween are not in the Bible. Catholics do not match the Bible. The Nuns, forced celibacy, forced poverty, and exorcisms are not from God through the Holy Spirit.
I am never so awake just listening to Fr. Mike. He is indeed the one who clarifies how and why Jesus sacrifice himself, because of His love for us, and we all knew it, but continue not to acknowledge because of the hardness of our heart that continue to embrace the earthly pleasure ignoring that the pleasure we are promised is glaring everytime we go to mass. And that is the eucharist that continue to remind us until we all get it right. God bless you, Fr. Mike for reminding us tonight.
Man, that was something! I watched Jonathan Roumie’s, Bishop Barron’s, and now Fr. Mike’s talks . All three have my face wet ! Must be the Holy Spirit!
lol, yup Fr Mike, you speak so quickly so I use you tube’s gear to slow down. Great talk Fr Mike, I’m so glad to be able to be on the other side of the world and still able to listen to you. Thank you so much .
This ended at exactly 33:03 🙏🏼🥹 I’m not big into numbers but wow. Fr. Mike is such a blessing to our Church. Thank you Father Mike for this convicting talk. I needed this 🥲 “the road to love is repentance” 😮💨
And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. Matthew 23:9 Catholics don't even match the Bible. The Holy water, Nuns, forced celibacy, etc.
Thank you father Mike for speaking what God tells you to, you truly have the Holy Spirit in you, anyone who talks to you or hears you speaks can see the love of Jesus shinning though you, I pray God continues to give you the gift of educating people and spreading Gods word
Thank you Father Mike, wevfaithfully follow Bible in a year and Cathechism in a year. Forever grateful to you. You have drawn the young adults in our family to a closer relationship with the Lord. You are in our prayers. Godfrey and Ramona Melbourne, Australia
My prayer for Father Mike is for him to remain holy. Beautiful speech. I loved the emphases on the Mass as the representation of calvary and of the path to love (willing the good of the other as other) as repentance. May our Lord and God bless our understanding of Father Mike’s teaching.
Excerpts that touched me so much. “There can never be a revival without repentance. Identify the fire extinguishers in our lives to keep the fire of my love for God glowing. Knowledge can make someone great but only love can make us saints” (Fr Mike). Thank you Fr Mike. Love from Ghana❤❤
Watching Fr. Mike speak, you could see and feel his passion- as he desperately tries to help everyone understand. He is such an amazing speaker and what a sense of humor! I love how we don’t talk about Ferb! He is a gift. ❤️ Favorite take away; Knowledge can make one great but only love can make a saint.
And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. Matthew 23:9 Catholics don't even match the Bible. The Holy water, Nuns, forced celibacy, etc.
Wow, Fr. Mike! "We know, but we don't care." Your speech really moved me. You have a way of reaching the very depths of our hearts and souls. I cried several times during your speech. Thank you for answering God's call to the priesthood. 🙏🙏
WOW! There are no words. Please listen and open yourself to receive. How beautiful the way God uses Father Mike to speak to us. Pray we all learn to use His gifts and share them with the world.
