How do you know how much honey (or any non-oil ingredients) into your soap? Trying to learn how to make shampoo bars. All store shampoo contains coconut oil deratives (coca-betaine and/or decyl glucoside) which dries my hair. And, so many natural hair products contain Castor oil, which I can't use either.
