Im not even a big fan of stance, but damn this car looks good. I wouldn't have it THAT low or cambered but i can still appreciate the owner's work.

I come back to this video every year, captures the ideal vibe for a car enthusiast, reminds me of cruising around the South Island of NZ in my Miata, good times

Why did you even watch the video, it says frame bangin in the title and yet you clicked on it just so you could commit and hate on his car. He likes it the way it is, it's his car not yours.

People who say a slammed car is "ruined" are quite daft. How hard is it to adjust the ride height and swap a set of track wheels on, if you want to run the more traditional setup? Not very. People don't seem to realize the Miata is a terrific drift platform, in which wider stance and lower ride height with a stiff spring rate is optimal (to a degree), so "stance" in principle can be considered a performance tuned setup. Sure, for an ultra low daily driving setup like this, underbody and suspension linkage/bushings take a beating over time, but that's a calculated risk/expense of running that low daily.. such ignorance in the motoring culture on this topic.

I LOVE THIS CAR. I remember seeing it a few times when it was owned by the previous owner. You definitely brought this car to the next level! One of the sickest Miatas in existence for sure.

I was gonna mention how quickly that car would lose control at any real speed or a slight bump, but then it occurred to me; you already know this. I can't down this video. It's shot and edited well, the car looks amazing, and you're doing what you love doing... just watch out for potholes

Coming from a mustang man I can't say I like this but I can respect the hardwork and love this guy put into it. Just like with anything you have to respect someones passion and hardwork. You can all sit and make jokes but the truth is once you have apassion for something you don't stop.

very professional and emotional Video. Thumb up. Beside, i´ve owned in the 80´s the technological father of that car, the Lotus Elan. The Japanese took all good from the concept and made a every days Car. I had to work on my Lotus every de to keep it running. But the Engine, the Twin Cam Cosworth, was amazing (When all Cylinders were Working). Most of the time i had te fastest 3 Cylinder Car ;-)

This was posted in 2013, so by now the bottom of both subframes has rusted out, the steering rack mounts tend to get shaved on mx5s this low, and there's no jacking points left
