Unfortunately the network gave Fran and her team an ultimatum that they had to get them engaged and produce a wedding by the end of season 5 or the show would be canceled! Unfortunately once Fran and Maxwell got together becoming happy w/o the will they/won't they factor the audience lost interest and the ratings dropped leading to a cancelation anyways 🙄 🥺💔
