Such a lovely , courageous and special lady , not to mention she is gorgeous ! It's sad to hear she had to go through all this of course but on the other hand knowing she survived such a serious illness and came back even stronger makes me respect her even more !!!

She has brought so much joy to this world. Sometimes, The Nanny is my comfort sound when I go to sleep. When I was in college, I lived with a friend and her 2 daughters. One was 4, the oldest was 9. As you can imagine, we didn't have a lot in common where entertainment was concerned, but, The Nanny was the one half hour a week we all sat together, laughing at the same things, liking the same jokes, loving the characters, and were a perfect happy family unit. Thank you, Fran! I love you!

I have dense breast tissue history of cysts, mastitis and two infammatory auto immune disease and 2 maternal cousins with breast cancer. Insurance approve the Dr. Requested MRI since there is not enough reason aka diagnosis. Years and years of hpv from ex husband No approved treatment allowed by ins. treatment. Finally at 62 I had a radical hysterectomy for cervical dysplasia. Just in time actually

This may be “old” but rings even more true today... Legislators really just want to be elected/reelected & Big Pharm really just wants to be profitable ... so as the a constituent & consumer - I need to be aware of what I tacitly tolerate & promote (tacitly it directly) ... of what I procure & consume (products & physician care). I want to be a well informed ‘medical consumer’‼️

Doctors hate when you educate yourself. they don't like to be questioned or micro managed & their answer to everything is unnecessary prescription drugs. What is getting in the way of early & correct diagnosis' are complacent dr's that act like business men. Dr.s as businessmen, yes sir that's a huge problem I've noticed too. Also food productiob driven by profit (Monsanto, fast food, etc) instead of quality/public-health is another imo.

YES! Sadly I've become an expert of pretending I don't know what's wrong, and feeding the doctor enough buzzwords to make them think THEY figured it out, while not giving enough buzzwords for them to realize I have. I had WAY too many experiences with doctors shutting down when I asked them for a certain test for a certain reason. It's ridiculous.

I was 3 when the nanny started… I didn’t watch it until I was an adult, I watch it still on Tubi and clips on RU-vid and It makes me smile and happy. Finding out what she went through was tough to hear but she was/ is still so strong, you wouldn’t know it because Fran Fine was so great! May God bless you Fran!❤

You are so on point stage 1is when I was told that I had cancer and I am fine now I will be done with my check ups in 2more Years then I will be considered a survivor thank you Fran !! We all love ❤️ you! God bless you always!!

I am so sorry for what Fran went through. And that she realizes the bad things she experienced in her life, do not define who she is, nor does it determine her future. I’m so happy she also survived cancer, which is truly one of the most dreaded diseases I know of, although there are many more. I love Fran (Ms Fine). I think she’s a beautiful person. And she has the same thoughts about cancer as I have, always wondered about. Why so much cancer, and especially in children? I hope and pray the best for you Fran!

Thank you very much for this - so grateful always to your comedic genius (love The Nanny) of course but here for your caring for us enough to share your lessons from pain ... recalling my husband - now 12 years in Heaven - was told he had ‘adult onset of asthma’... later diagnosed with 4th stage nonsmall-cell lung cancer ... have often wondered if that ‘asthma’ was his cancer’s “whisper” (thank you for that phrase).

The body is always speaking and many people ignore the symptoms because they think its 'just this or just that', but those symptoms are the body trying to say attention is needed usually to change one's diet, cleanse the intestines, liver and the whole system. I see this all the time in my practice and its so important for all doctors to see connections and not see symptoms as separate from each other.

I HATE RLS!! I deal with it more often than a normal person should. I've tried so many things to get relief it ain't funny. Prescription medication, pickle juice, massaging my legs, walking (a lot), stretching my whole body, the list goes on. You pretty much have to suffer through it 😕

I love Fran but her insight of this subject i disagree with. If the type of cancer is uncommon it would be extremely expensive to do massive testing and the positive cases will be few. It depends on the type of disease.
