The tides are intense around the Brittany coast and this week we have to tackle two of the fastest tidal races on our sail south - the Chenal du Four and the Raz de Seine. We also squeezed in a stop at Camaret including a trip to the supermarket, boulangerie and market and finished up in Audierne.

Thanks! We have learnt to choose our weather windows wisely. There was also an unusually settled period of weather in Brittany when we shot this video. Glad to hear re the RNLI - we hope to continue raising money for charities through this channel :)

Discovered you lovely people last week. Amazing channel! I binge watched everything last week. Subscribed and was very happy to see the latest episode pop up this morning. Love the Malö. Exactly the kind of boat which I’d like to buy one day. That or a Najad or a Hallberg-Rassy (something about those windshields you know…). Anyway, You guys handle her amazingly, they are not as nimble as the bolt on keel yachts, but much safer. And that is what’s important in which you are planning to do! Anyway, I’m rambling. Just wanted to say. Congrats to you both, you are living my dream. I hope to do so too in a couple of years. Kind regards Stephan
