It’s funny that you say that. I know I let way more editing mistakes happen than I did previously, but I also feel way more comfortable talking while recording.

One of my favorite play throughs is Carlist Spain retaking all their former lands in South America and North America. I’ll do it eventually, just not sure when.

Okay, I thought it’d only happen if I was in a war ahahaha. Is napoleon better in KR? Or redux? Or base game? I’ve only done base game and it’s okay, but kinda boring. Could be fun in ahistorical though so I could do that.

@@thetibbiesshow Yeah the KR Nationalist France tree in general is one of my favorites in the mod, the Napoleon part of it is kind of an Easter egg that’s hard to get, but the Republican path is awesome too

@@thetibbiesshow I tend to do the focus Ban Communism to get rid of the Political Violence debuff fairly early on when i play France, so that i don't get a civil war. Funnily enough when i tried to do the "This time it will stick" achievement run i went to war right after Germany did the Rhineland focus and didn't have a civil war start. I even prepared half of my starting army for that. I didn't complete the achievement that time sadly.

I can really only speak about the American Right Wing, but yeah, it’s pretty cringe. Starting with Reagan, his corporate and top 1% tax adjustments have been devastating to the American people, the Iran-Contra affair, selling massive amounts of drugs in low income communities in order to fund anti leftist/American aligned paramilitaries with “invisible funds”. The American right wing also tore my nation in half in order to protect their slavery institutions. After losing, they did everything they could to protect white supremacy via Jim Crow laws and political redistricting so black Americans had way less voting power. The american right wing also stood in the way of Gay marriage rights, supports child marriage in the states that it’s still legal in, are in the process of destroying the usps institution, as well as continuously wrecking havoc to our education system by putting their personal religious beliefs over reality. Also, project 2025 is horrifying and is going to lead my country into authoritarianism if the right wing gets what it wants. The American right wing basically is against everything I stand for, and lately has become a cult of personality for trump and the maga movement. That’s why it’s cringe. I want my country to be the best country in the world, in every single way; but their way will only degrade what we have now while claiming we are already the best.

I found a mod called “Iran Glory” that could be good. I’m not sure if it still works though

@@thetibbiesshow yeah okay good. If you're worried about background noise with the keyboard you can try using Nvidia broadcast. AI filters it out. Don't know how it messes with recording quality, but it's worth a shot.

I use it all the time. I got a fan blowing directly at my desk and a mechanical keyboard. Nothing comes through.
