Great video showed exactly how to hook up disk brakes conversion on the front bracks of my 1967 Chevy C10 frame off. Brakes were bought from Summit Racing. Answered every question that I had about the process. Great Job. Will look for your other videos and subscribe

I like the idea of getting rid of the big bulky brake booster! My 66 has a pretty much stock 283 so I guess the Wilwood should provide enough stoping power right? Safety First? Really like your videos and attention to detail. Having the links to parts list is a real time saver. Thanks 1

Thanks for watching. Many high end builds don’t have a booster. It may just require a little bit more foot power but not much.

I'm loving this build series, I feel like I need to swap my bags around in my 61. I run 2500s up front and the 2600s out back.

2500 in front will work but require more air pressure to lift.

Yea quite a bit more lol my rear is at "ride height" at around 25 psi, but the front takes almost 80 🤣

@@SIMPLE.C10 if I remember right I couldn't run the big bags up front for clearance issues, but I'll get it jacked back up and have a look.

How come your rotors are not slotted. Mine came in slotted.

Some rotors come slotted and some don’t. Depending on what kit you bought.

It may not matter but the brake hose clip is on backwards. Every Chevy I’ve seen has the clip tab facing out. Makes it easier to remove. Otherwise great video!

Hey bud I see all your builds and they look cool. When I look up some of the parts you use it says they won’t fit c20? Visually the c10 and c20 from suspension does not look different maybe just springs and lugs you think?

Yes. New lines in the front and they t off to your factory rear line. I’m running a wilwood master cylinder.

Hey guys, have a question... my c10 1976 have this problem: my stock brakes stop working one tire at a time. I get them regulated and bleed, works fine for a couple of days and then back again. Any ideas on what could it be??
