I remember the first time seeing frank ripping clapped out on a dirt dudes video in the winter on a frozen lake. Was ripping it so hard carring the inside wheel around the corners,was freeking sweet!!
The truck should have a cabin filter. Change that out and you will get rid of most of the smell from the vents. That is "if" it has the cabin air filter.

If that truck blew the air bag then check the clock spring. My controls wouldn’t work either and it turned out to be the clock spring. Unhook batteries when messing with the airbag lol
