This song is so underated. The haters can suck it.

+Warren Quinton Frank's quite well educated so I think he knows that wherefore means why. He's asking "why are you (gene simmons) the way you are?" - what made him like that. It's also a reference to Juliet saying "wherefore are thou romeo" , so he's drawing a comparison between Gene and Romeo and Juliet, literature's ultimate example of monogamy and true love At least that's how I see it

This is exactly the kind of song I was scared that Frank Wouldn't write for this album, my complete faith has been restored :)

this song made me look at my past and realize I owe quite a few people an apology !

Did you ever consider that he meant "Why are you Gene Simmons?". An inquiry as to who he is as opposed to the misconception of "where are you" that you pointed out.

He kind of addresses that at 2:30.

but as opposed to motley crue which he thinks is a band that is consisted of assholes, he admits that he and Gene have shaered the same mistake. : "I've been a sinner just the same.."

It's a good tune, but a bit "judge-y", no?

There's no denying the skill here - but the musician and his craft are sanctimonious and pretentious. There's a reason for his obscurity.
