Frankenweenie short film . This was released with the DVD as a bonus feature.
In a corner of his attic space Victor plays one of his homemade super 8 movies. As usual the star of the show is his dog Sparky who plays a rocketship captain who must protect Earth from hostile flying saucers in space.
The short was directed by Mark Waring who was one of the lead animators on the feature film. It was produced shortly after the main film had been completed using the same stop motion models and sets.
