Yeah I did the Keto for 12 months and lost 9 stone, covid seen me off as I can no longer do Keto Maria as doctors orders. I’d love to do it again but wouldn’t suit the channel, only you I think chuck. Happy new year Maria xx

@@Stockybloke what a shame as you can eat so many naughty things on keto. I still love your channel. I've stage 4 cancer as you probably remember, but the cancer team don't want me to lose weight, it's very slow as my exercising is not great. I'm rebelling as my body can't cope with extra weight as I've also got Fibromyalgia and that's a nightmare in the summer. We are all individuals and know our own body. I love your channel and I wanted to dive through my phone , budge you over and enjoy the Raman 😂😂😂.Thank you for all you do and I wish next year is kind to you and that if anything not so good comes along, that you have the strength to endure it. @@Stockybloke I totally agree with you . There's some vile individuals amongst us sadly but I strongly believe their day will come. Regarding my Cancer , to be honest I am very positive about it. I'm stubborn with it and a fighter. Had it over 9 years now and stage 4 nearly 3 years. I just care about my children, grandchild and dear friends and I try to make others happy too. I try to count my blessings which you're 1 of them and a few more on here. Thank you for your lovely kind words and I hope you have a happy year ahead of you as you deserve it . Went to the Fletchers on boxing day but it was to full, so me and Glen drove around looking for somewhere to review. Ended up at a Japanese place just released it 5mins ago. I’ll try the Queens and let you know what I thought. 👍👍
