I fall to my knees and bow to this man for what he went through over those yrs.....I just saw the movie and I saw the musical show last yr......AMAZING!!

Agree...saw the Vegas show this last weekend at the Paris...2 hours of great great music that instantly takes you back to the 60's ...had no idea that their path to success was full of so many bumps along the way. Tried to catch the movie when I got home but it has already left the theatres so will have to wait until it comes out on DVD.

that sucks Frankie never got the money he deserved cuz he took the half a million dept witch it must be in today's money cuz half a million in that era money would have bought you a rich life lol so it must have been less than that but they probably said it in that way so we as the fans would understand the amount and the cost

I used to work at an "oldies" radio station in Mpls, MN and did a phone interview with Frankie Valli and he is one of the nicest ppl. you'd ever want to talk to! I was actually sad when the interview was over! I just saw him at the Fallsview resort and casino in Niagara Falls, ONT. and he actually sounds better now than he did 40 years ago! (and NO he doesn't lip sync his songs like some ppl. on RU-vid are accusing him of!) He just loves performing and will probably keep doing it until the day he dies. His tour schedule is already booked up through October of next year! (2015) He really is an amazing little man with a cute little pot belly! L.O.L.

Paula Moore I saw Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons perform at the Jersey Shore in the summer of 1967. It was a great concert. Back in 1962, the very first 45 rpm record that I ever bought was Sherry and the very first album I ever bought was by the Four Seasons. They were such a big part of my life growing up. I made sure I have a large number of their songs on my ipod.

honestly you can watch the movie and tell it wasn't the whole truth mind you the four season almost had Joe Pesci in the band and also mind you Joe has already admitted to having mafia connections witch in jersey boys they made it seem like the mafia was there but wasn't really there or a big deal witch if they got Joe into acting cuz who he knew than yea the mafia played a role in the four season i mean come on look at Frank Sinatra he was pretty much a full on member and he was just a singer too

The 4 Seasons had to fly low, under the radar, if you call four #1 records, three #3 records and six other top 10 hits in the 60's, flying low. Bob Gaudio says, they were always afraid of their background becoming public. They had so many songs that were never released that could have been hits. Listen to "Big Man's World', and tell me that Billy Joel didn't borrow from it for "Uptown Girl". Btw, Billy did borrow the last line from "Rag Doll" for one of his biggest hits, "Just the Way You Are". Joel was a big fan.

I lived every day of the 60s and I'm stuck there without regrets! Life without Frankie wouldn't be cool at all. He's amazing, single now and I wish he was mine.

Love Fankie Valli and his music. He is so great. Cannot wait to see the movie Jersey Boys. Hey btw bet anyone else does not have one of these I have an autographed baseball by Frankie Valli he was in a concert a very very long time ago at a minor league baseball team & I got his autograph on a new baseball. Think that is neat and I love it:)

The Darci 13 You'll love the movie. I watched Jersey Boys 8 times and I'll watch it again. One of my favorite parts is when Bob Gaudio is introduced to the band. I saw the Four Seasons perform at the Jersey Shore in the summer of 1967. They were great.

Valli's story concerning the past goes to show, that you can turn your life around and live in the present, taking the positive from your past experiences with you, leaving the negative behind you (sometimes, you may require professional help), and in the present, work towards the future.

As a young girl growing up in California watching American Bandstand …. Seeing the Four Seasons for the first time! I became Obsessed with them …I identified with the fact that we all came from the same background East Coast Italians….. I knew one day I had to meet them… and my dream came true on a trip to Vegas 1970 Tommy had been sent to Vegas…. I was having dinner with his brother Nick Devito and Mitzee his wife … Tommy came into the kitchen while we were having coffee I almost fell off the chair. I remember his beautiful blue eyes….. soft spoken! Oh he though he was hot stuff!! Tommy and I reminded friends as well as his brother Nicki until they both passed…Oh and I was lucky enough to met Frankie on more then one Occasion…..❤❤❤

a man named bill Conklin played a led Paul SG. when recording he told me, he was digging the music and was hitting the floor with his Cuban soles. they asked what that sound was, he said sorry that was me stomping. they decided to leave it in. ever since that stomp was in their early songs. true story I hope. I miss Mr. Conklin. we used to play guitars once in a while.

I just seen Frankie here in Dublin on July 8th last and he was mind blowing. I'm a guy of 52 years old, not afraid to say that I got emotional, yes I shed tears, they were tears of joy, Frankie and the four seasons are guys I turn to when I'm feeling down,sad,maybe just need that shiver down my spine,the hairs to stand on my arms..I think you get the point -:) it's another international star ticked off my bucket list. Seeing the 4 seasons with opening act Jay and the Americans at Westbury Music Fair will always be special in my life. Never forget the incredible sound!
