Woke up hurting in my lower back from a car accident. MRI shows 2 herniated disks. The pain had gone down to my legs and it started to scare me of the possibility of winding up in a wheel chair for the remainder of my life. The pain was effecting my ability to walk bc my knees felt they counldn't carry my torso weight. I then remembered about this oil Frankincense I had ordered and i rubbed both my knees and my thighs and on my lower back. It was not long before the entire pain was gone. It helped me throughout the entire day, no more pain and no more limping. I spent the entire day in a very good mood, and moved around like a young woman not lie the 79 year old lady that i am. You must try the oil for cronic pain, it works fast. God put all these plants here on earth for us.
I personally use Somalian Frankensence. Boswela Freriana is the scientific name for it it comes in a form of teardrop shape , you take a table spoon of it in oil like avocado oil 4 or 5 table spoon put it in a dark place to infuse the oil , use the infused oil as message or ingest it etc . Make sure it is good quality and it is( Frankensence Freriana ). It is used also as a chewing gum .
Very intresting topic . Thank you . Actually , Frankincsnse is the gum produced by Basewallia microphylla and B. ogadensis . B. microphyll is the real Basewallia . Both are usefull and important for people and livestock .
Here is how frankincense helped me. I was having chronic problems with upper back pain due to forward head posture. I am tall and have to lean my head over a lot to do things like dishes and housework and artwork. And I never seemed to be able to keep reminding myself to keep my head up, plus that was awkward at times when trying to get certain things done. I tried various things with some success here and there. But really what helped me the most was frankincense, essential oil. I was just experimenting and put four shakes of it into half a cup of water. I was amazed at how much it helped me. I could do dishes and artwork without pain. I use it every six hours. And they say to use it with fat if taken internally. I don’t think it tastes bad at all. The brand I use is Majestic Pure, 4 fluid ounce size. But other brands may be just as good or better. I don’t know.
You may want to look at the post I just left today, above. I have been taking frankincense, essential oil internally with no problems whatsoever. And for the purposes I had in mind, I don’t think topical application would’ve helped that much. If we put things on our skin, it goes into our system anyway. So it seems to me that if it’s OK to put it on the skin, unless it’s caustic or something, it’s fine to take it internally.
