Andrew Mangalindan, Casey Walker, Miles Jajich, and Aaron Gonzales represent A-Train4014 Productions as we have officially returned to Franklin Park Railroad Days this year. Last time we attended this event was 2017. We didn’t attend last year since Andrew Mangalindan took off for vacation and it happen to fall on the day that Franklin Park Railroad Days was occuring. It was a welcoming sight returning to Franklin Park Railroad Days as we met up with lots of our railfan friends: Ben (TWIGYBNSF), Andrew Bandur (TwoRail Studios), Billy Pullman’s Train Channel, Johnny Hanson (CRI&P Fan 4506), Jayson Hallberg (Metra BNSF Fan 125), Andrew Sonkin (TheRailAviator777), Carlos (Train lover 9000), Modern Rail Productions, and more with a special appearance by our close friend, Rob Dargan at Metra. This year’s railroad equipment featured:

After we toured the railroad equipment, we filmed the action out trackside around the Franklin Park area as a few freight trains showed up along with the Metra commuter trains. We stayed till the end of the event where Rob Dargan performed a photo runby with Metra MP36PH 405. Then we waited for a long time for the rest of railroad equipment to leave Franklin Park which took place late in the day around 6pm where the rest of the equipment left with CSX ES44AH 1776 leading the way. We had a fantastic day out trackside meeting lots of railfans in beautiful weather conditions with lots to see in Franklin Park. Next up is our trip to Griffith, Indiana where we hope to see Canadian National freight trains. Enjoy this video presentation from Franklin Park Railroad Days!
