Franky Monet aka Taya Valkyrie sits down with Chris Van Vliet in person at her home in Los Angeles, CA. I agree with her about John being one of the best wrestlers in the world. I'm Australian and had the pleasure of seeing him wrestle 2 nights in a row in Melbourne 2 years ago and I was just in awe of him. First night was a triple threat match against Austin Aries and Brian Cage and John was just the star of the show in my opinion. That guy is world class. Also love Taya! That match with Cage was mint, the first legitimate ingergender match id ever seen at the time from memory

Amazing interview!! and for context, here in Mexico, "Los Perros del Mal" was a heel faction led by Perro Aguayo Jr (RIP) that was so over that achieved Bullet Club levels of mainstream; so for her to become the first female member was huge.

The match with Morrison there were some stiff shots exchanged and in the end of match Aries no sold the Star Ship Pain and stole Morrison's moment. Aries was angry because he was called LITTLE/SHORT

the WWE should let Taya (Valkyrie) her do the Lucha Libre (wearing Taya's very own ("La Wera) Loca" clothing line/merch) and/or Street Fighting stuff, in the WWE; she is a legit fitness / (Gold's Gym) body-building type ("the Arnold" contest); Jo Mo (the "King of Parkour" / "Johnny Mundo" in Lucha Underground (2014) ), her husband's fast-paced style, compliments her; but knowing them (the talent agents, producers, creative teams, and/or booking teams), they are gonna change everything: her new image, entrance theme, move set; if being put into NXT, the commentator should acknowledge that: 1.) she was trained by ECW/WCW alum, the legendary and serious Lance Storm, 2.) internationally known (Canada and Mexico : AAA ("Asistencia Asesoría y Administración," translated to: "Assistance, Assessment, and Administration" aka Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide) she was one of the longest reigning (Knockout) champions, in (TNA) Impact Wrestling (at 377 days) !!!!

-- Taya lost the belt to a pro wrestling legend's daughter (Tully Blanchard) in Tessa Blanchard; Tessa once wrestled against Brian Cage (in a Impact Wrestling "Gauntlet match," with 4 more wrestlers - #1 contender for the Impact World title belt). Cage one of Taya's earlier opponents in "Lucha Underground." (Film director Robert Rodriguez's) El Rey Network's "Lucha Underground" was so cool, while it lasted !!! the crazy Viking Warrior lives on. Instead of using Richard Wagner's "Ride Of The Valkyries" (Daniel Bryan), let Taya come out to a grittier (rap, reggaeton, hard rock and/or heavy metal) theme song and/or an entrance theme of her choosing. the "Taya" character sounds like a "3 Faces of (Mick) Foley" sort of thing. R.I.P. to Shad Gaspard... Celeste Bonin (Kaitlyn !!!) Taya sounds like a dedicated (veteran-like / life experienced / travel worn) hardcore wrestler... "Choose Your Own Adventure Book" series (it sounds like a comedian's Boomerang/Come Back joke. the Mexican bus rides sounds like fun... The Dogs are Activated !

Man, Taya is awesome. I wish she’d stop the clowning around with Bravo and Rosemary on Impact, even though her rolling her eyes in backstage segments is always hilarious. She’s a fun heel but I think the fans prefer her as a plucky baby face which is why she’d be great going for the X Division title. Like Jordynne, she’s big and strong enough to look believable against guys like Bey, Rohit, TJP or Trey and I honestly think she’s outgrown the Knockouts division for the time being
