Good choice! I didn't think I'd ever say this about Franz Ferdinand, but some of that sounded Bowie-esque. Really enjoyed it. I'm going to push The Fratellis at you, they're regarded as being from that same strain as Franz and the Arctic Monkeys, but I feel they're underappreciated. Their first album Costello Music, every song was a perfect pop song and deserves a listen, but try Flathead (it has a cheesecake US video.)
