This week at Ashville while work starts on the ‪@ksi‬ Room fit out, the plans change on the big house construction job, we have 3 trains in, the £40k bucket is fixed and someone uses Daniel's name to steal materials from a supplier!
Meanwhile, Daniel shaves his head, rocks the sample Ashville Tipper Slippers and doesn't go to any boxing match!

Two things: 1) You need a seperate conference room closer to the parking lot/on the parking lot. That way you wont have to rearrange your office every time you have meetings. 2) Hair looks great big man!

100% scam from that TP phone call. Scammers will always start gaslighting when they are losing control of the situation, which is exactly what he started doing when you were questioning him, trying to make it seem like it's the person being scammed's fault.

Ash ask them to setup a code you need to put in for orders or put a note on your account that they take no orders without your mobile number coming up and emailing you to confirm. Btw how do you know the guy calling you isn’t a scammer himself asking you for information. YW 👍

One of the larger companies I worked for had an issue with fake emails and fraudulent material deliveries. In the end the way round it was only 3 people could actually sign for things when they picked up and orders while they were in the wholesaler had to be phoned through. After awhile and the wholesalers getting fed up of being on the phone they agreed that only specific job numbers could be used and if they weren't used the materials wouldn't be supplied, or if the supplied and didn't check the order numbers the company would not pay for them. Took a long time to get things running smoothly again, talking almost 24 months between all our suppliers.

Scania UK has gone downhill mate, our fleet get dropped into Scania Cardiff and wheel nuts have been left loose, defects not been rectified, we’ve had it many times where trucks have been dropped off for service, and not even been touched the whole time they were there. Whip them into shape mate

It's nuts he was trying to grill you about fraud. You telling him it's not your email and you haven't made those orders should have ended the conversation instead of the him getting all aggro. Bad look for Travis Perkins that they get done over so easily. Those workers need anti-fraud training. Absolutely no due diligence.

You can spoof any email address you want, so even if it technically showed as your actual email it could easily still be a fake / spoof anyway. They need better due diligence checks their end. If their spam filters aren't very smart or don't have spf/dkim protection, then that's not your fault that their mail server accepts randomly spoofed emails without proper checks

Be wary Dan, if they contacted you first it could be part of a bigger Social Engineering scam, the operator asked for your password! I am no expert but that is clearly not best practice for any company. Have you separately confirmed the previous fulfilled orders direct to TP? (Guessing you will have). Not saying haven't TP messed up though

Throught the same here also. It seemed like the scammers were on the phone looking for passwords. Telephone numbers can be cloned. Manager wouldn't come to the phone? Pure dodge! Haven't reached the end of the vid yet so it may have been resolved... 😅.
