I've said this before but this guy is a real inspiration as a grafter/boss I'm currently trying to start up my mobile structural welding/fabrication firm working all over the country hopefully if there's enough work available......i just wanted to say when i get my feet on the ground i want to stay as down to earth and as calm about the situation as this geezer...you deserve all the success Ashville.

ive just noticed if you turn your stair case about 20º to the left and moved them 3 feet to the right the stairs will be facing from the 1st floor directly at the window and you can cut out the 7th step from the top because that will be your platform and 2m clearance should be enough to double back of the platform to the ground floor without compromising the effect of the spiral.

Daniel I've covered all of Ireland and most of UK in my van. Let me tell you, Everyone thinks we're sightseeing while I'm punching the hours hammering the pedal meeting deadline's.. I only see things as the destination and hotel rooms or truck stops. Keep up the good work and keep doing it exactly as you are

The truck with 3 rear axles has both steering and lifting on the last axle, which means that it has a much better turning radius than a truck with 2 front axles and 2 rear axles. However, some need 2 front axles because the trucks are so heavy at the front, but otherwise 3 rear axles are preferable.

Great seeing these types of video, dispells any myth that a high quality degree isnt worth it, or that a degree is needed to do any kind of fruitful work.

Daniel That axle config on that Renault tipper in Finland was a 8x4 tridem and the rear axle does steer giving it tighter turning than an ordinary tipper👌🏻😎

34:26 Been to Finland and the only thing I recognized here is this tunnel and the airport not to far from the airport if I remember correctly, but it was that tunnel. Was a nice weekend visit. I had to do a repair job with a college, we flew in Friday late afternoon, hotel was just two hundred meters from the jobsite. In the morning eight a clock we started with the repair on a damaged storage section of this state of the art fully automated meat freezer storage and packing facility. We had to take out this damaged upright in a bolted together shelve storage system and from floor to sealing it wash about fifteen meters or so high inside. An easy four hour job, back to the hotel taking a sauna , checking out the area in and around the city center of Helsinki before going out to dinner and for a beer in a bar somewhere. That was Saturday night whilst Sunday morning after loading up some aluminum scaffolding which was just five minutes work we flew back to the Netherlands in the early afternoon and it felt like I had an interesting holiday with an informative hands on activity working on this automated meat storage and packing facility doing that repair. Could have done that kind of overseas job every weekend, working holidays.

I'm a small developer from Romania that is specialized on passive houses and I am so enspired about what Daniel is doing, and for the fact that he has has realized that If you want a succesfull business in 2022 you have to do online content

Get another employee to do a tyre fitting course to cover for when the new guys off - Tyre fitting is real easy and the course is basic so nothing too taxing.

Just the process of rethinking things to get the best possible outcome numbers of literation, hours and hours of work. And as you said, you were in the gym thinking of it, so this led to this part of changing... it is constant on many fronts! But it applies to almost anything that gets done in all industries. Nothing just happens. It takes time and lots of work, which is mostly also fun.

32:13 that renault 8x4 have steering axle in back , usually they have drawbar trailer behind 4 or 5 axle trailer. In Finland we have lot’s of diffrent style trucks than central-europe . I myself drive hct-combination for living , it has tractor unit with 2 trailers , 1st trailer inside space is 15.6 ldm and 2nd is 13.6ldm .

Hey Daniel, you are correct, That truck in Finland is a rear steer and lift axle. They are excellent compared to a traditional 8 wheeler twin steer with a much better turning circle, but they have a bit of a bigger tail swing. Not sure if the axle configuration is perfectly suited to a tipper because the front axle will obviously have a lower weight rating (usually 8-9 Ton for an 8 wheeler) than a twin steer where there is two axles at the front but it is certainly worth looking at one when you are ordering more tippers. 🚛🚚
