It’s ridiculous the profit they make off these posted videos. Limited Public Forum. A “limited public forum” exists where a government has intentionally reserved a forum only for certain groups or for the discussion of certain topics. In other words, the government has opened a forum for expressive activity, but it has established initial restrictions on access to that forum based on subject matter and/or the speaker. Examples of spaces found by courts to be limited public forums include public school facilities during after school hours and the interior of a city hall. In such a forum, a government entity may impose restrictions on expressive activity so long as the restrictions are viewpoint-neutral and reasonable in light of the purpose served by the forum. I love the Iimpact Media guys. They put out tons of content. I get the provocative side of their M/O. No denying that. Its amazing to me how many people will take the bait. Common sense would tell you to be on your best behavior and remain as civil as possible if you want to interact with a person recording. People will foam at the mouth like a rabid dog saying "I know what you're doing!! You're trying to get a reaction out of people!!! Those people end up the star of the video I just enjoy watching the interactions Even if someone is being provocative you're a sucker if you take the bait.

You filming them is initiating contact. You just can't get there. How about you mind your own business?

A simple way to make these frauditors useless is for the people being filmed without their consent to report the video to YT if their image is used as part of a video that generates revenue for the frauditors. Once the video is demonetized the frauditors have wasted their time harassing people.

The man at 19:00 or so is wrong. There is no 1A right to film on post office property. The post office has shirked its responsibility to protect its customers. Poster 7, 39CFR 232 1(i) and Postal Rule 22228 all give the post office authority to restrict filming on its property. They just lay down to save tgeir image.

Respectfully, you only wish you had the courage that the auditing community has. Some audit better than others but, they all have the right to do what they do.
