This tape has near had the biscuit.. but audio is still decent and the image is at least viewable. I want to say this is around 1996. There were three separate tapings, I'll upload the other ones as well soon.
Thanks MissRavenBlue. Garnet has the gift (like his brother) that so few other songwriters have (or cultivate) of telling deep and meaningful stories about life in unpretentious beautiful lyrics. Everyone should have the opportunity to see him in live performance - it takes your breath away.
Reminds me of the time on Sesame St. when Oscar the Grouch lost his prized banana peel and had to call the Bureau of Missing Banana Peels. Eventually he found it cause he slipped on it. Turns out it was in his can all that time.
Blimey, I can't believe it took me a minute and 45 seconds before I clued into the fact that Fred was singing with Stan Rogers' brother. The resemblance is incredible! That's pretty cool, actually, one of my childhood favorite singers performing with the brother of one of my current favorite folk singers.
