Dodger fan here, while I do think Mookie had a great year, Freddie is a great choice, he had the best numbers across the board. He is probably my favorite non dodger player as well, well deserved
@@braydenbutler5088 yeah as a Braves fan I'm glad we finally got another MVP being that it has been 21 years since Chipper won. Freddie should have finished a lot higher than he had been finishing the past few seasons. He may get another, or Acuna will get one soon, either way, the MVP race in the NL will be heated every single year with all the talent there
I am so proud of this amazing athlete and human being. He is a Class Act. I bought his MVP AWARD for my son for Christmas. I cannot wait to see my son's reaction on Christmas morning. He will be so thrilled. We are already making plans to attend games at Truist Park in 2021. We are devoted to our Braves!
Freddie ended up with 13 home runs. He was 8' away from having 8 more, never seen so many knocked off the wall!! Love to watch him play, prettiest swing in the league.
What a 2020 for Freddie: beat COVID-19; reached 1,500 career hits; announced wife is pregnant with twins; almost reaches the World Series; wins NL MVP. Glad to see this El Modena High School graduate win this.
The Brilliance of his approach at the 4:15 mark to beat the shift. I know a lot of fans ask why more players don't do this. Well, its not nearly as easy as Freeman makes it look here. The pitcher knows his defensive alignment and pitches Freddie inside. Being able to get his hands through the zone and shoot the ball the other way on a pitch down and in is not easy.
Congrats Freeman" MVP...Winners never Lose...Losers never Win! Hard work pays off and Freddie Freeman never quit, he never made any excuses just tackled 2020 head on and faced every challenge.
Se le hizo justicia x fin a sido el pelotero más consistnte en los últimos diez años, futuro salón d la fama sin lugar a duda, a mi punto d vista tendría q llevar un premio mvp más, quisas 2
Lifelong Braves fan here. This has been a long time coming, glad to see him finally get the recognition he deserves. As much as I enjoyed the video, why were no defensive highlights included? Sure, he's great offensively, but he's a stud at 1B, too.
I’m 7:00 in and he has I believe 4 HR at this point. He has hit at least 7 other balls that are within feet of dingers! Dude is lance Bergman just with a different build
Yeah he does really deserve it’s just weird seeing him in today’s game with all these exiting swaggy players like tatis and he’s boring but really good
Freddie was 1st in runs, doubles, extra base hits, fWAR Freddie was 2nd in batting avg, RBIs, on base %, slugging %, ops, total bases Freddie was 3rd in hits and walks He also started the season with COVID that was so bad he literally prayed for his life...... soooooooo yea MVFREE deserves this
Does anyone like the fact that almost every time Freddie hits a run Ozzie and Acuna is just there waiting to run home and then just sprints home like no ones business
Freddie Freeman 1x NL MVP 1X Gold Grove Winner 1x NL Hank Aaron Award 1x World Series Champion 2x Hit For The Cycle 3x Sliver Slugger Award 5x MLB All Star
T1 weighted images show a low intensity, heterogeneous, biphasic mass in the right parietal lobe, with areas of flow voids, focal high signal intensities, and areas of necrosis. There is a 6mm right to left midline shift. T2 images show the lesion to have a high signal intensity, with surrounding vasogenic edema, and internal necrosis and hemorrhage. Subsequently, gadolinium contrast is administered. This reveals irregular and intense ring enhancement around the lesion, with cystic areas, hemorrhagic foci, and surrounding vasogenic edema.
As a Brave’s fan, I don’t think they choked necessarily, I think they just “ran out of gas”. Fried and Anderson could only do so much. I think it might’ve been different if we still had Soroka.
@@tangofett4065 As another Brave's fan, the way the series was done overall left the Braves open to have this happen. Yeah, I think they choked, but the way this year's one was done was somewhat bullshit. 7 games being all back to back is rough, especially when constantly against a good team. Which is why normally your NLCS and ALCS actually have days off to travel. It's not just for traveling, it's so that some people actually get some damn rest.
I agree with both of you. Soroka and the schedule would have both been helpful. I DO feel good about our future, but we need to get Ozuna resigned ASAP!
Why would mookie Betts get MVP? Is he the most valuable to his team? Why would u give an MVP to a guy on a all star team? He doesn't stand out being around other equally good players
