I appreciate this young man recognizing the power of language. This is lovely and I hope he stays "tight" rather than loosen up. Because he's talking about respect.
You people I don't know where you are heading. So now you are going to find faults in everything 😂.keep going. We in Africa are watching you closely 😂😂😂😂
Omg, I love it when my man says “my girlfriend” and I can’t wait for the day he says “my wife”. It’s beautiful to make such commitments to each other - you people are grasping at straws here.
“As happy as a Brit can Be” , so perceptive wonderful Freddie. Could listen to him all day sounds like my childhood friends, now living in Australia surrounded by many lovely people with many different but charming accents and backgrounds, but miss his ‘ sound ‘ A bit posh! 😊
He is indeed a great actor. I watched 'Arthur' and he was very young at that movie. I also watched 'The Chocolate Factory'. And when I started watching The Good Doctor from season 1, I got addicted. He is an absolutely awesome actor.❤❤❤
I have been binge watching The Good Doctor. I am up to Season 4. I am obsessed. Best series ever. I will be very sad when I have watched all 7 seasons and it comes to an end. 😭😭😭😭
I remember when saying I’m yours and you’re mine meant something more than possession. It meant no matter what happens I’m in your corner and I’ve got your back. Know they boil it down to I don’t like how it sounds.
Finally found your comment:) I really don't like how people began to take expressions literally, especially those that used to carry a deep, romantic meaning.
He can stay "tight". Instead of "my wife", he can try "I have the honour of being her husband!" and not only does it get the point across but it shows a huge amount of respect that he clearly feels for his spouse.
Hi, Doctor Shaun, that's true, being possessive one, you can turn on your light in time darkness, meaning being a jealous wife. Love and understanding should embrace together as wife and husband long lasting relationships. ( Fairhfulness and Loyalty with honesty.)
I knew a man for some time who always said my wife. I finally said "I know your dog's name. Does your wife have a name?" We worked together, it was more than a nodding acquaintance. 😂😂😂😂😂
Its ok to say my wife, she is yours not anyone else's lol I would be mad at my hubby if he just waves his hand to show his ring, say I'm ur wife unless u r ashamed of me lol. ❤❤❤
I exactly know what he means. "My wife" sounds like you own her and is a very short and massive word.. "my husband" sounds softer somehow.. him saying that shows that he is a feministic man which I really like to see
OMG i had no idea he was British. You can definitely hear it in the accent. Next time i watch a video, I'll be looking to maybe catch a bit of an accent
