Freddie was a great entertainer and Elvis impersonator, Elvis was of his era and not many people could impersonate Elvis as good as Freddie. He is from my home city of Liverpool, home of the Beatles.Freddie was from a district of Liverpool called Huyton, I live 5 miles away in a district called Toxteth. Freddie is surely missed, there are no entertainers as of yet to step up to his standard.

I was lucky not only to have seen a few of Freddie Starr's shows live in the UK, but also got lucky to see him out backstage on a pier in Blackpool England, with no-one else around. Had a quick chat with him before he went back on stage. Such a genuine nice guy, and all-round entertainer!! Miss him very much! Thanks for this video, nice to see other people's reactions to Freddie. He had a great voice.

Before it became cool , to be a fan of Elvis, Freddie Starr was already his biggest Fan…..he started out as a singer, not a comedian, but because of his true love of everything Elvis, and his ability, the Jordanaires did two U.K. TV specials with Freddie , this was a joy to see, not only you’re reaction, but you could tell how impressed the guys were on that night, with his singing , Freddie did Elvis proud ……👍🇮🇲🤘
