Frederick Hemke Dahl Saxophone Concerto 

I had this album but never found it on CD. Thanks for posting. It is a great performance.

What a fantastic performance! He had performed this work several times in the years leading up to this starting (I believe) with the Ojai Festival conducted by the composer in 1964. During that time he had some correspondence with Dahl about his performances which is housed in the Dahl Archives in the library at the University of Southern California.
