The dude didn't even try to HIDE the fact that he had passed something to Young Thug smh. those officers only wanted Young Thug or anyone with a big name. They wanted Quavo until Woody said that Quavo was broke smh. Their whole case was built on that confession, cause Woody only told on himself, talm bout he shot 2 people smh. The RICO is invalid because clearly Woody was lying, due to he thought he had been caught red-handed for shooting 2 people, which is why Woody kept asking them what he was being charged with. The male officer kept saying "reckless driving" and no valid license. The female officer was only phishing when she said that they had found a gun under the car seat, cause she knew that Woody was hiding something that he was speeding away from when the cops arrested him. Come to find out, Woody admitted to shooting 2 people, which is the reason he wanted a deal/immunity, but he didn't know how to ask. Either way, Woody lied (made up lies) just so that he could get off.
