You have no idea (well, maybe you do) how much you are actually helping us. I completely devoured both your 2.5 hour and your 4 hour wedding tutorials on youtube, and I'm about to become a member on your site to get access to all of your content. I'm fairly young, 24, and I share so much of your culture and your way of seeing things photography wise. Even being a foreign language speaker ALL you're offering us is easily understandable, clear and most of all candid and selfless . Watching your videos, constantly getting all this precious information and setting the grounds for (hopefully) my own little photography business, I really can't thank you enough. While mentally taking the leap and really starting to consider photography as a way of making a living is exciting and insanely inspiring, it is also most definitely a scary jump, and can be disheartening due to a variety of obstacles. Following your steps though, one realizes that it's very much about being consistent, trusting the process and, as you said, immersing yourself completely in the industry. Through your videos and courses I realized I'm far more capable than I thought of being a good photographer, and with hard work who knows where I could get. Saving this. Sure it’ll be key for me at some point. Lost my job yesterday but I was super relieved because I don’t think the office desk life is for me. I’ve kinda struggled with losing sales jobs for like 15 years etc but this time after watching all your videos and buying an R6 and learning photography from your videos it’s changed me. I haven’t been this interested in really anything since I was DJing back in the day in LA. Now three months in to choosing this “hobby” I’ve shot two engagements, am booked this whole month (on weekends bc I was part time) shooting sports and have my first model shoot and musician shoot this weekend. In my free time I go to the beach and take videos of surfers which have gone kinda viral on TikTok. I have a very loyal friend group/following on Instagram from my college days and they’re award winners on wedding wire and are asking me for my cards bc they think I’m ready. That’s freakin wild man. I’ll continue to send random thank you posts as my career grows bc I know you read these. You’re the RU-vid 🐐

@@TaylorJacksonPhoto the hardest thing to do in photography is use two different Focus throws at the same wedding with manual focus lenses. As far as I know I’m the only person who has ever done it.
