I played D1 ball as a point guard. I’ve started off season workouts w my son, he’s 16. I’ve been doing it all wrong! I was a really good ball handler. I’m throwing how I teach this out the door! The idea of them understanding the method is genius. Love the footwork and the terminology. Just ordered a mat. Will let you know how it goes. Tired of grabbing ideas for workouts here and there. Already seeing growth. Can't wait to get back in the gym and blow by the guys I've been playing with for years. Especially since I know they'll be complacent during this quarantine.
this is dope I broke it up into a few days because I wanted to try and master each of the exercises so I just focused on one or two per day. More comfortable with them so I'm gonna try the full workout tomorrow
