Free Camping in the St Joe National Forest of Northern Idaho | Dispersed River Camping 

Awesome free camping area next to the St Joe River. The campground has boat launch access and not much else but it is super quite and very peaceful. The turnoff is just past Bird Creek Road aka Forest Road 338. If using Google Maps this area is about 1 mile east of the Turner Flat Campground.
