First few seconds into this video and I was like "wow how was he able to get this beautiful shot!"...always amazed by your content and it's so sooo informative to know about these hidden gems. Thanks, I used the restroom at 88 Pine Street; always saw it was an Open Public Space; but you made me realize they should have restrooms. This one had 2 restrooms; on first floor (2 entrances, Pine or Maiden-not as nice as Brookfield, which I used a lot) I am more annoyed that so many restaurants do not have restroom anymore... like Starbucks, near to Staples on 217 Broadway, they now turned their restroom to only for employees, and Dos Toros restaurants, like on 101 Maiden Lane, has no restroom. It is NOT Cool, no restrooms in restaurants and coffee shops; so not giving them my business, anymore. Thank you for this great video. Great finds! I also work from home and have a Croissant membership for coworking when I want to get out of the apartment or have a meeting in a specific part of town. Great to know about some of these free spots!
