Eating raw vegetables in night was not recommended in ayurveda. Even having fruits and soaked dry fruits at night is not allowed since it's nature is cold. Better to have fruits and dry fruits in the morning or maximum by 5 p.m

Especially for the people who don't have much idea about fitness and nutrition. People are becoming afraid of food(especially carbs/fats). Ayurvedic diet may be costly for few so you can replace it with Yellow daal and Roti with raw vegetables. And intermittent fasting should be according to your life style if you do 9 to 5 job eat something healthy in between like fruits or salad or else you may fall sick or even face weakness. I really admire your skills brother. But to be honest, it isn't a break or a pause button for me. Working for a client which is in the life sciences sector, the workload and the work hours have increased ten fold in the current situation and I end up working 15-16 hrs a day. Still, I am into fitness and I somehow manage to take time out no matter what. Maybe not everyday, but atleast 4 days a week.

there have been studies which show that intermittent fasting is more beneficial to men than it is in women. in fact, in women, it can cause hormonal imbalance, acne, hair loss and loss of fertility. of course, since every person's body is different, it doesn't mean that every woman will get have issues, but it is better to be aware of this so you can stay alert and monitor these negative changes, if they occur.
