Dos materiales de diferente coheficiente de calentamiento producen una diferencia de potencial. Lo difícil ahi es el Amperaje. Habria que ensayar diferentes combinaciones a ver cual da mejores resultados.

Does this work more as a thermocouple than a solar cell? Sun heats metal and electrons flow in direction of least resistance?

hey make one square for free energy light bulb as that one looked cool because it showed a lot of voltage for the type. Also people need to know the amperage for phone charging and the phone has resistance. show one fast motion even super fast how to charge a phone with that one and you should get a lot hits. especially likes. they have band printing machines for stuff like this and it would be for kids school project and stuff. there is also a emergency market out there for camping people because the other product break but if this one does nobody cares they just make a new one. so punch some kits and put it in the store. It will end up in all the bunkers. if you make plastic sheeting to make it super easy with indentations for the pieces to hold in place for welding and pins go through to other side for dual sided with just white paper on the bottom side it will make energy. please try for me?

Hi. I really like this one. Also asking which metals you used. It looks like copper "E" and galvanised iron "C" and I see that they touched each other, is this right? I did try it but only got 0.2v max

No, they cannot touch. But they must be very very close. If you look, he re-trims one that is to large to fit without touching. If they touch, they will short out (or satisfy the charge). And yes, Galvanized steel (for the zinc needed) and copper.

connecting them in series will give you high voltage low current. connecting in parallel will give you higher current at low voltage.

yes it could be build if you have the materials. could power a home. charge batteries. this is similar principle from those solar panels sold in the market. works the same way. only this is home made.

Thx a lot for your time, Master. Only if you have the time for this question, when you can; lets suppose that, once the cells are made, we paint the entire surface system (not only the base) with the blackest possible paint (conductivity tested first, obviously), ...couldn't this improve the solar radiation catch? Also i'm building cristal batterys, through aluminium plates + activated carbon (a kind of super-capacitors); do you have any experience about those devices as conventional batterys replace?

no problem, lol i am not a master, i am just like you experimenting and learning on things. i don't really know if the plates absorb more light photon if you cover the reflection with black paint, just experiment on it, which setup gives more electrical energy output. all i know is that, when sun light(photons) hit the plate, it displace some of its molecules inside causes electron flow. the more light photon is received by the plate, the more electrical energy output you have. surface area of the plate you use will determine how much voltage and current you get. all i know about crystal batteries are aluminum and copper plate in a salt solution, is it a crystal battery?. i know you can make capacitors out of 2 aluminum plate with insulator in between but it only stores energy for a short period of time and the larger plate you have the more voltage it can handle even several thousand volts., the more plates stocked together the more farad (amp / seconds) you will get. mostly it is in nano farad. i build 1 before for my high voltage transformer. but never really gone into more experiment because i stop the project due to lack of access to materials needed to complete experiment. in the future may be. i have lots of experiment to do.

thats another galvanic cell. he uses zink and copper in 5 cells in series. What we see here should give about 1,1 V max per cell. so the bad assembly does the rest. and i think the glue is the electrolyte or he makes them a litte bit wet between the metall gap to get a voltage. That it is influenced from the sun is the real scam. As other people here say that they try it also and get only 0,2V like Simon means that u dont build it the same crapy way like AT. And use pure zink sheet metal not iron coated zink metal simon.

Why doesn't anyone do it the easy way and use black primer paint on the back plate and 3 m spray glue for the metal contacts then spray it with a clear acrylic sealer...wouldn't that be faster and easier?
