They are really ambitious, but they made a mistake when they implemented this idea at such a large cost. They should have designed a scale model first.
Free energy does not exist because generating energy ALWAYS requires resistance. If there is a dynamo attached to it, it will provide resistance and the wheel will stop automatically. That's just a law of nature.
I'm not sure whether they are really ignorant of the fact that this machine won't work or they simply wanted to catch the attention of the like minded so that they can fetch the views and make enough money to pay their electricity bills.
The weights have to move so that all the weights that are on one side of the wheel are close to the axis of rotation and the weights on the other side are far away from the axis of rotation
Why do all these free energy videos spend all their time showing how to weld, but not one word about the theory that is supposed to make it work? And no data on how well it works?

I can see from newer videos that this is only half finished. But well on your way there. Very good design. I know you could not have been persuaded to take the long time, large effort, and expensive materials without knowledge of a small working model. But what you have shared here is very informative and greatly appreciated.
But it's a total waste of their time and money that they can't afford. Very sad Such machines have been proven not to work many times over the centuries. This design is not new or innovative. I find it hard to believe that they are so ignorant as to not realise that if these machines worked, they'd be everywhere. Why would people pay for electricity?
@@topspeed250k5 You can make your own clothes yet you go to the store. Why? Because that's the way the system is designed, and it's designed that way to keep you dependent on it. You can guarantee that if this machine worked they would mysteriously disappear the next day, like all others throughout history. Now to be fair this machine has far too much friction to work properly though. The trick with these is to run them in a vacuum.

I have a design for this but need someone who can do more tests on it, ability to make it very accurate with a 3d printer and different size ball weights. I have tried using the Fibonacci sequence to be used as tracks for the balls 🏀, then flip the tracks 180 degrees so the balls are picked up again.

You can make it work using an hourglass ⌛️ design the water can be moved by the suns energy creating an offset and it will turn. But this will never work if you draw a strait line down the middle and take all the weight and distance from the line you will see it's always balanced.
This concept design, has been done, so many times and in so many ways, I can't believe there are still people that haven't seen it! It's called the over balanced wheel... and it doesn't work!
Apparemment le système fonctionne avec linerti des masse,qui en basculant fait tourné la roue, mai je pense que ça fonctionnerai mieux si chaque masse en basculant comprimerai un ressort qui lui forcerai à faire 1 tour à la roue avec pignon engrenage , et chaque masse ferait de même en s additionnant la force serait énorme et la roue tournerait vraiment toute seule bonne continuation !
