Disney may own Fox now, but he’s not in the MCU quite yet. As far as I’m aware his movies will remain with Fox distributions so the movies can continue to be R rated without it being directly related with the brand that is Disney/Marvel. Having said that, directors don’t have contracted loyalties to any one studio. James Gunn is currently directing The Suicide Squad and will follow with GotG Volume 3, so it’s definitely possible for Taika to direct a Deadpool movie. And I agree, that would be awesome.

@@gamepoy5056 nah he's 100% MCU now. Disney bought Fox's entire x men universe. Deadpool is MCU's baby now. They could keep him separate like he is or they could him introduce him into the main universe

I’m convinced that they got up to all sorts of wild shenanigans together during the filming of green lantern, and that’s why the movie ended up flopping. 99% of the production time was just dealing with their shenanigans
