Ahh, I’ve gone back to the website on google to try and find out what the problem is, I noticed that I had clicked on the top search for bernina which was the bernina shop, I assumed your website/shop was all the same. I discovered that they are not. I have since gone onto your main website which is showing information I would expect to see. I apologise for my previous comment. PS I’m loving all the embroidery tutorials at the moment and would also love to see some more sewing/quilting projects with modern ideas & fabric on your website/RU-vid. Thank you 🙏
Since it is the movement of the fabric that determines the speed, does the amount of pressure on the foot pedal matter, or does it work as an off-on switch?
The Foot Control is simply the on/off switch when using the BSR. You are correct, the speed of the machine is controlled by how fast you move the fabric.

Hello i have a problem. Can not lift the foot any more. I have a old vintage portable 125. And a record 730. The problem with the foot is with the 125 portable. With the 730 i have another problem but can not describe. Because english is not my language, life in Switzerland

Bernina, would you please change your website back to the way it was, or fix it. It used to be very intuitive, now it’s difficult to navigate and to find things that used to be easy to locate. It’s very frustrating.
