Hello thanks for the videos they are very helpful to newbies like myself! I do have a quick question: what is a good practice fabric before attempting to do a whole quilt? CN you use felt?
Hello Tiffany, thanks for watching! I wouldn’t use felt. Felt has a completely different texture from quilting cotton. The best way to practice is to have a practice quilt sandwich. You can use scrap batting and quilting cotton to make a small practice quilt of at least 14”x14”. Let us know if you have any other questions, we are always here to help!
