You are soooooo right about learning the vocabulary!!! Anybody reading this DO THE PRACTICE QUESTIONS OVER AND OVER until you learn them. I just took my California exam today for the first time and finished it (and passed) in one hour. It’s not just knowing the material, you have to practice answering questions. Thanks Prep Agent!!!!!!!!!

Take my test today ! So ready! Thank you Joe & others for the videos y’all share 😊. It’s nice to have sm1 so knowledgeable sharing the correct info. Only time will tell if all this studying 📚 will help me pass. I’ll update soon & let y’all know. To whoever doubting theirselves -don’t-just keep putting in the work & it’ll pay off bigtime 🎉even if u have to take it over and over. Give yourself some slack, we all have love happening around us, things worth having take some time to receive. Hang in there, Don’t give up!! 😊

Guys. I passed the first time on the Florida exam. Do not listen to those who tell you most do not pass the first time. I listened to a lot of the PrepAgent videos and they help. You actually do find yourself singing his songs during the test. I think these crazy songs had a calming effect. Now time for the post licensure course. Thank you sooooo much. Could not have done it without you.

Like I've said before I'm so grateful for your videos. I wish I would have gone with your school because I struggled with the school I had been using. Joe, another excellent vid especially useful on borrower being MortgageOR which was very confusing. But the explanation on Physical Deterioration not being one of the 3 Obsolescence is confusing...numerous references say Physical is part of the 3 Obsolescence...can you give more detail? Thank you!

I'm very confused because the four Essentials to a valid contract is competent capable parties offer and acceptance consideration and lawful object without these four essentials a contract becomes void but you're also saying that a minor makes a contract voidable but if that's part of competent party in the four Essentials then how is a minor in a contract voidable shouldn't it be void am I misunderstanding this concept?
